Steven Davis, Jr.
CEO
Steven has been in the construction field for over 10 years specializing in new construction, maintenance, and remodeling of existing and historical buildings. As a graduate of the Louisiana State University E.J. Ourso College of Business, he has been able to utilize his entrepreneurial talents and extensive education to found this innovative and cutting edge company which offers its clients a single vendor solution for maintenance and construction. He provides leadership, an intensely strong work ethic and gives the FMM team the motivation to go above and beyond their client’s expectations.



Ray A. Mitchell III
COO
Ray’s management and operations experiences over the past 16 years have given him the knowledge and skills to effectively monitor and motivate the FMM team to exceed all goals and expectations of clients. His work ethic is superior and he provides support to all FMM employees by maintaining a hands-on approach in leadership while stimulating camaraderie between all team members. Ray also provides strategic direction and oversight for the company’s growth and overall development while maintaining the core values in which FMM was founded.



Brian Weaver
Lead Field Technician
Brian is a 10-year veteran of the construction industry. During that time he owned his own business that specialized in general construction, remodeling, painting and carpentry. His expertise in the field and his commitment to excellence are unwavering. Brian has been recognized by many clients not only for his quality of work but also his passion for making sure that each and every client of FMM is truly happy with the services that the team provides.



Chris Collette
Lead HVAC Technician
Chris joined FMM in 2013 with over 17 years of experience in Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning. He has the knowledge and expertise to ensure the client receives the most sensible and reliable solution to their HVAC needs. Chris also owned and operated a HVAC business before joining the FMM team, which has given FMM the support and knowledge to perform HVAC services at a high standard. Chris also works closely with HVAC technicians to maintain a superior level of services while also informing clients of the appropriate plan of action that best meets their needs.



Angel Amorello
Marketing Director
Angel has been in sales and customer service for over 6 years, focusing on design and décor of residential and commercial properties. She possesses a strong ability to engage clients on a personal level and provide them with a customized construction or maintenance plan that perfectly fits their overall goals. Angel also coordinates the production and design of advertising and marketing materials, provides research analysis for FMM’s competitive growth and marketing sectors, and provides the team with continuous client support and marketing strategies.



Janette Graff
Accounting Administrator
Janette provides FMM with an exceptional knowledge base in accounting, specializing in commercial and residential construction as well as cash management and overall financial operations. She has a combined total of 38 years of experience in accounting which has proven to be highly beneficial to the operations and growth of our company. Her attention to detail and dedication to FMM is beyond comparison and has proven to be a large contribution to the successes and growth of FMM.
